Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Arbel Industries ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use PlayTracker, including the mobile app, the website at playtracker.org, and related services (together, the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, do not use PlayTracker.
Information we collect
We collect what you give us so the app can do its job:
- Account details such as username, email, and a password hash when you use email sign-in (we do not store your raw password).
- When you use Sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the account identifier and email those providers share with us, and may store a display name if you share one.
- League names, player names, scores, dates, optional player photos, and other game details you enter.
- Sign-in session data so you stay logged in on your device.
- Basic technical logs such as IP address, device type, and error reports, which we use to keep the Service running.
How we use it
We use this information to create your account, show leagues and standings, keep you signed in, fix bugs, and communicate about the Service. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for ads.
When we share it
We share information only when we have to operate the Service:
- With other members of a league you join or create, because standings and game history are the point of the product.
- With hosting and infrastructure providers that store the database and serve the app, under contracts that limit how they can use that data.
- With Apple or Google only as needed to complete Sign in with Apple or Google when you choose those options.
- If the law requires it, or to protect the Service and the people using it.
How long we keep it
We keep account and league data while your account is open. When you delete your account in the app (or ask us by email), we remove your account, remove you from leagues you joined, and delete leagues you own along with their games, unless we have to keep a limited record for security or legal reasons.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards that are reasonable for a small app, including hashed passwords and HTTPS. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure. If we learn of a breach that affects you, we will notify you as required by law.
Your choices
You can edit the leagues and games you control in the app. You can delete your account in the PlayTracker app from the account footer on Home (and similar screens): tap Delete account and confirm. You can also email [email protected] to correct data or request deletion if you cannot use the app. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, export, restrict, or object to certain processing.
Children
PlayTracker is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you are a parent and think your child gave us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page and change the date above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
