Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of PlayTracker, including the PlayTracker mobile app, the website at playtracker.org, and related services (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Arbel Industries ("we," "us," or "our").
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use PlayTracker.
What PlayTracker is
PlayTracker is a stats app for leagues you create with people you play with. You can log games, keep standings, and look back at results. It is not a betting product, a payment product, or a marketplace.
Accounts
You can create an account with email and password, or sign in with Apple or Google where those options are available. You are responsible for the account you create and for the activity under it. Keep your password to yourself. If you think someone else is using your account, contact us. We may refuse, suspend, or close an account that breaks these Terms or that we reasonably believe is being misused.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account from inside the PlayTracker app (Account footer: Delete account). Deleting your account removes your login and memberships. Leagues you own, and the games in those leagues, are also deleted. You can also email [email protected] if you cannot use the app.
Your content
You own the names, scores, and other details you enter. You grant us a limited license to store that content and show it in the Service so leagues and standings work. Do not enter information you do not have a right to keep. Do not use PlayTracker to harass anyone.
Acceptable use
Use PlayTracker for games you actually play. Do not try to break, scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the Service. Do not impersonate other people. Do not upload malware or content that is illegal.
The Service is still being built
PlayTracker is provided as-is and as-available. Features can change. We do not promise uninterrupted uptime, perfect stats math, or that a particular device or OS will keep working forever.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The new Terms apply when we post them on this page and update the date above. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the updated Terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Arbel Industries is not liable for lost games, lost standings, lost profits, or any indirect or incidental damages that come from using or not being able to use PlayTracker. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for PlayTracker in the twelve months before the claim, which may be zero.
